Refund policy

Return Policy – 14 Days

You always have a 14‑day right of return from the day you receive your order, in accordance with Swedish law (the Distance Selling Act/Consumer Purchase Act). The right of return applies to all products purchased via SKN&B (sknb.se).

The product must be in substantially unchanged condition, unused, and in its original packaging for the return to be approved.

How to Make a Return

You will then receive a return shipping label via email.

Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the amount to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Return Shipping Cost

For returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. A fee of 69 SEK will be deducted from the refund amount.

Claims (Reklamationer)

If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery, the right to make a claim applies according to the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act.

For claims:

We always provide a free return shipping label for approved claims.

Actions will be taken according to the law — replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund.

Refunds

Once the return or claim has been received and approved, the refund will be issued within 5–10 business days, to the same payment method used for the original order.

Uncollected Packages

Uncollected packages are not considered returns. For packages that are not collected, an administrative fee of 149 SEK will be charged, covering shipping, return shipping, and handling.
