Shipping costs

Sweden: Free shipping on all orders over 499 SEK. For orders under 499 SEK, shipping costs 49 SEK.
Other EU countries: Shipping costs 120 SEK (charged as the equivalent amount in your local currency, converted at checkout), regardless of order value. Free shipping does not apply outside Sweden.
Rest of the world: Shipping costs 299 SEK.

The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. All orders are shipped with tracking.

Delivery time

We normally process your order within 24 hours on business days.

The usual delivery time is:

2–4 business days for most orders within Sweden.
In some cases delivery can take longer, up to 7 business days. Deliveries outside Sweden may take longer depending on destination and customs processing.

If your parcel is delayed

If your parcel has not arrived after 7 business days, please contact us.
Send an email to info@sknb.se and include your order number, and we will help you right away.

Carriers

We use well-known carriers to ensure fast and secure deliveries.
The carrier may vary depending on the size and destination of the order.

Important information

Orders are processed on business days only.
Delivery times may be extended during holidays or periods of high shipping volume.
Please make sure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct.
