Use this product in the evening as a step after cleansing and toning. Apply a small amount in a thin, even layer over the entire face or focus on areas where you want to treat fine lines, wrinkles, or uneven skin texture. If you haven't used retinal before, start cautiously, for example every other evening, so that your skin can gradually get used to the ingredient. When your skin feels stable and adjusted, usage can be increased to every evening. Since retinal can increase the skin's sensitivity to UV radiation, it is important to use sunscreen in the morning the following day. To reduce the risk of dryness or irritation, the product can advantageously be combined with a moisturizing face cream that helps to soothe the skin and maintain its moisture balance.
