TIRTIR Milk Skin Toner – a hydrating toner with a milky consistency. Thanks to its formula rich in active ingredients, it not only tones the skin but also intensely nourishes it. The product is developed to soothe the skin and strengthen its hydrolipid barrier. It contains nourishing rice extract and soothing chamomile extract. Added ceramides support the skin's protective barrier, hyaluronic acid provides intense hydration, and niacinamide helps to give the skin a clearer and more even tone. The product is dermatologically tested and vegan. For an extra nourishing effect, the product can be used together with a face cream, while for oily skin, it can also be used alone as a hydrating makeup base.
