Step 1 – Prepare your hair
Start with clean, slightly damp hair (not wet).

Comb through and apply a leave-in product or light styling cream for better hold.

Step 2 – Section your hair
Divide your hair into three sections – one on each side and one at the back.

Place one curling rod per section.

Step 3 – Roll your hair
Take a strand of hair and roll it around the rod from tip to root.

Fasten the ends together.

Repeat for all three rods.

Step 4 – Rest and set
Leave the rods in overnight or for at least 6–8 hours.

Sleeping on a silk or satin pillowcase is recommended to maintain the shape.

Step 5 – Release and style
Gently remove the rods.

Separate the curls with your fingers for a soft, natural look.
