Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner - a light, milky, and radiance-boosting toner that deeply moisturizes the skin and helps to even out and brighten skin tone. The formula contains 70% rice extract and rice water, which nourish the skin while leaving it soft, soothed, and hydrated without a sticky feeling.

The toner is enriched with niacinamide, which helps to brighten uneven skin tone and balance sebum production, while ceramides strengthen the skin barrier and protect the skin against moisture loss and external stressors. Hyaluronic acid and betaine provide long-lasting hydration and help keep the skin soft and supple. Soothing ingredients such as panthenol and allantoin help reduce irritation and redness, making the product particularly suitable for sensitive skin.

The fragrance-free and dermatologically tested formula is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive and acne-prone skin.
